Recipe: Tomato Soup

Total Time = 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- Tomato Paste ( 1 small can)
- Egg Noodles ( 1/2 cup)
- Water ( 2 cups)
- Olive Oil ( 1 tablespoon)
- Salt ( 1/2 tablespoon)
- Vegeta ( 1/4 cup)
Directions:
Step 1: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of Olive oil, and 1/2 tablespoon of salt to the water.
Step 3: Add 1/2 cup of Egg noodles to the boiling water. Let it boil for 7 minutes.
Step 4: Add 1 small can of Tomato paste to the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 5: Add 1/4 cup of Vegeta to the pot and stir. Let it cook for 5-10 more minutes.
Step 6: Serve Tomato soup in bowls and ENJOY!
*Feel free to be inventive and add vegetables to your soup!
*Suggested sides: Salad, crackers, and sliced chedder.
Mmm...this sounds delicious! I would really like to try this out! Especially since it is vegetarian and healthy :)
ReplyDeleteYah definitely try it! You can add whatever vegetables you like! Also, try the Spanish rice which you can also add which ever vegetables are your preference. And remove any meat from the recipe and substitute it for something else. :)

ReplyDeleteWell, most of the recipes I have were ones that i learned from my grandmother. Other recipes were given to me through my sister, my husband, one from my coworker, and others through inventive and creative thinking. :)
